There is no exception for Tattoos you must be 18 years of age and have a valid form of ID.

Piercings you must be 18 years of age or 14 years of age with parental consent.

PER THE STATE OF TEXAS, ANY MINOR GETTING A PIERCING MUST HAVE ONE OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING, NO EXCEPTIONS:

1. The minors original Birth Certificate or notarized Paper work showing the parental rights, managing conservator, or guardianship of the minor.

2. Evidence of the minors identity something with their name and picture. Must be current and federally issued. (Example: School ID)

3. Evidence of the parents identity. ( Example: TEXAS State DL)

We here at North Texas Tattoo co follow the rules and regulations set forward by the State of Texas and the Texas State Health Department.


If you do not have what is required you will not get Pierced or Tattooed.
